All outstanding school fee balances for Term II must be cleared before the beginning of Term III. Learners with unpaid school dues will not be permitted to report for the new term until their accounts are settled.

All items must be brought during drop-off week (Mon 7th – Sun 13th September, 8 am – 5 pm). No learner will be fully cleared for the new term if compulsory school requirements are missing.

Additional Requirements for Boarders

Parents of boarding learners are reminded that all boarding requirements will be checked upon arrival at school. Boarders must come with the prescribed personal hygiene items, bedding and other essential materials.

Important Notes

Important Reminders to Parents/Guardians

No cash payments. All school fees must be paid through the official school Pay Code indicated on the learner’s report card. Cash payments are not accepted.
Pay at least 75% of the total school fee before you bring your child back to begin Term 3. No child will be admitted without this minimum payment.
Bring all school requirements one week earlier than the start of term: Monday 7th – Sunday 13th September 2026, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Items will be collected at the school during these hours.
The school canteen will have the required school items available at subsidised prices for parents who may wish to purchase them. For further information, please contact the school office.
No child will be cleared with any missing school requirements. It has been observed that parents often forget to bring remaining items — please plan ahead and bring everything at once.
Any parent who needs clarification on fees, requirements or boarding is welcome to contact the school office during working hours.
